Presliced Roast
I got this idea from the Food Network. Take a roast and have it sliced to the thickness you want. Use Dale's marinade, soak for 2 to 3 hrs, place in TBE basket and cook for 30 min's. All you have to do is lay it out on a plate and enjoy. NO SLICING everyone gets what they want.
Sirloin Steaks... yum!
These are easy and very fast! Place steaks in a deep pan and add Dales marinade for 2 to 3 hrs. Place in basket and cook for 20 to 30 min's. So simple yet soooo good :)
Beef Ka Bobs!
Next time try Ka Bobs in TBE. Get sirloin roast and cut into cubes. Add your favorite veggies, splash on some seasoning and cook .
Sirloin Steaks!
Try sirloin steaks in TBE. Rub them with Montreal seasoning and a little Dale's marinade. Cook for about 20 min's and your done!

Beer Brined Beef Roast
6 cups water, 1/2 cup salt, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 tbsp each white pepper, black pepper and onion flakes, 1/4 cup oil 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce. Mix all but beer and soak for 20 hrs in brine then drain. Add beer and soak another 3 hrs. Shake a little salt and pepper on top. Place in TBE and cook till 150 temp is reached.
Coffee Brine Roast "made sizzle on the grill"
Take a good roast, brine in 4 cups water (add water later to cover meat) 2 cups coffee, 1/2 cup salt, 1/4 cup white sugar, 1/4 brown sugar, 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce, 3 tbs oil, 1 tsp each white pepper and black pepper, 1/4 cup onion flakes. Brine for 12 hrs and cook till internal temp is 145 or so. Save the dripping in the catch pan and use for gravy.
